Elevate Plus - 14 Kingsford Smith Street, Lyall Bay

Owned by Pat Ho, he and his team of passionate and energetic fitness trainers have created a unique HIRT training environment that caters for all fitness levels and age groups. SMOG Netball established this relationship back in 2017 with Elevate Plus and we are fortunate to offer our members discounted memberships and specialised PT sessions.  If you enjoy being physically challenged using a mixuture of body weight exercises, cardio, KB/DB weights, funtional movements, then this is the gym for you.
